I understand that the (free) parking lots at certain COASTER stations (such as Old Town) fills up in the morning. This presents an opportunity. Have you ever been to an event where people offered their front lawns for parking?
The idea is to get a bunch of people to get there early and park, wait until the parking lot fills up, then offer to vacate those parking spaces to any latecomers, for a fee. Try to set the fee high enough so that there will always be spaces available for anyone willing to pay the fee (this provides a valuable public service), but low enough so that most of the parking spaces fill up despite the fee.
